800 sq ft is pretty much a tiny house. If you do decide to build a tiny house, they are super easy to build. We built one for my girlfriends parents, weekends only, usually just a day week, took us about 4 months that way. The two hardest parts are the plumbing and electricity, but you can contract out for that, and since it's small, the cost is minimal. Seriously, if you are considering that in the future feel free to message me for advice or whatever you need.

I live in a 400sq ft cabin right now & I don't have/like to have much stuff so 800 was plenty and then some. I've been thinking about a tiny house for a few years, especially as I could build/pay to build entirely in cash. Thankyou so much man, I'll definitely be PMing you in the future depending on what happens!
