Ok I'm free ALLLLL weekend FINALLY first one since July ( I have to go out for a few hours today)...my goal is $75 by bedtime Sunday....ugh- Leaving for NYC next weekend so any extra money would be great

oh wow. Maybe his morning will get better now. I found the desktop, my work horse, had its fan running for I don't know how long. So I did all the checks except for taking it apart as that is not something I'm willing to attempt alone, nothing worked, called HP and he said turn it off and hold the button for five seconds so I did that, press it again for 20 seconds and it turns off again. Then turn it on normally and problem solved. I said that's all there is to it? Yes, well why isn't that in the help section? I mean I took the vaccum to it and everything it said except take it apart. Even ran updates.Oh well if it solves the problem now I know what to do.
