Overwatch still works for me currently.
I'm on 64 bit.

I have no idea, sorry. I have done thousands upon thousands of both the ones where you read the whole article and the question edit ones.

I never have the good quals

I know several people who got the qual where you have to read the Wikihow articles and hate it, so they never do it. I guess hourly on those really depends on how fast you read and comprehension skill, but I have been doing them for years. I'm pretty sure the qual for these current hits is based on those and probably not the question editing ones.

Re-downloading took care of it. I did not have to re-enter the key, it went straight to the sign in page. :thumbup:

On the subject of Overwatch, you probably are already aware of this, but all my watchers will disappear if Chrome updates or if I delete cookies. It's not a problem as long as I remember to back it up.
