Good morning everyone. So I haven't turked in 6 years. Thought I'd get back into it for some Christmas money. It looks like there are a LOT fewer HITs than there used to be though. I used to be able to make $100-$150/day on here. Is that even still possible? Do more HITs get posted in the afternoon?

It's possible to make that much, some folks on here do, but you'll have to put in some work. Most of the decent paying open-qual requesters like Google/Endor have left or post VERY infrequently anymore. If you can pick up a couple of decent closed-qualifications, it will make it much easier, so be on the lookout for as many qualification tasks as possible. You never know how good a HIT will be, but it's better to have the qual for it and not use it than want to do the HIT and not have it in my opinion. Even then, some days are good, and others are "meh". Just depends on what is going on and what you can catch.
