I did, thank you!! I used an Elmo shaped pan so that part was easy - I don't normally decorate cakes so I was practicing to see if it's feasible to make it for my daughter's birthday (looks like yes!). Will need to supplement with some cupcakes since it's not very big though.

Another thing you can do, if you want, is to just decorate a plate(or the Elmo pan, upside-down), the way you'd decorate the cake. Saves the time of baking multiples just for decorating practice.
Also, if you do that, you can scrape most of it up off the plate and re-bag it for more piping practice. You won't be able to get it all, especially anything that is close to another color but, it can help to mitigate the costs of practicing.

But, your's came out beautiful! Great job!
