Yeah I guess I worded that wrong, it works to do the same thing, but it seems like there's just a cap on how many you can have in your queue, basically. I'm not sure if anyone else is also getting that.

I've been able to get almost a whole queue full, but very slowly. I've never seen it collect that slowly before.
