I am excessively sore everywhere. 3.5mile moderate/hard (steep) mountain hike yesterday, plus town walking, (20k+ steps ) after working on my feet for three days and dancing one night, then I got to the farm this morning and they were like "let's move 80 bales of hay" hokay.

my day trip yesterday has made me bitterly angry about life again though, so there is that fire lit under my ass. should help me make money.

Of course 3 yo birthday parties are exhausting! It's like if you had a really short person who makes bad decisions and has no thoughts of self preservation. Almost like a drunk halfling on caffeine.
Then someone has the bright idea to call all of these drunk halflings' sponsors, get a bunch of them in one room, and feed them caffeine and sugar.

lmao that sounds exactly right. I was trying to cut cake for everyone on a tiny kid's-height table while also fitting the plates on said table without knocking anything off AND while smacking away tiny hands trying to take fistfulls of cake. also keep my nephew from repeatedly trying to punt a small dog.

My wife has been doing the Lift4 and enjoys it a lot, too. I'm pretty sure it would kill me so I will stick to yoga.

My wife started out with 8 pound weights and by week 3 she was up to 12. I think she is going to go straight for 20 next.
