This [MOD EDIT] is reposting the HIT for nearly half of what he did before. I am blocked so I can't resubmit my work from before. If the last HIT was "canceled" and I was told to resubmit next time, why would I be blocked? This dude is as shady as they come.

He might be an unfair requester - and for sure, many requesters lower their price in a 'how low can you go' race. It sucks. But if you are blocked by accident, I'd send off an email and tell him that - he can create a compensation hit for you (he might?).

But for forum rules, and such. You have to keep it respectful. Requesters also read our forum (and participate)
