Next time, do some rehearsals. Anxiety is about practice . First do some in your head (turn it on, sit down, practice feeling calm). Then do a trial or two that lasts just 15 min. then 30 min. then 1 hour. Gradually increase the time, sitting - breathing deeply (deep, calm breaths). You can do it It takes time and a bit of practice.

That's what I usually do, but the kid was in bed with me and I didn't want to wake him up by opening the window..we never open are windows so when we do it's not quietly lol.

I'm all good now! Feel stupid for being so scared earlier.

I have yet been able to complete one. It's so slow and blah.

when I married the ex, he was 28 and had been living independently for 10 years. Within 2 months I realized I was picking his laundry up from the floor beside the laundry basket to wash it. Asked him to make sure that laundry made it to the basket and then only washed what actually made it inside the basket. It took him 2 weeks to run out of clothes before he noticed and then he asked me why he had no clean clothes. I was working full time earning far more than he was, and that made me furious. Never again. Now I did know he was terrible at things like cleaning. If I ever wanted a spotless bathroom, that was going to be on me, but laundry I insisted he did. We are too used to becoming the carer, for people who are perfectly capable.

My husband is great about putting clothes in laundry and cleaning...and cooking. I'm a crap housewife so I figure doing stuff for him in the morning makes up for it a little, lol.

Thankfully my husband at least dresses himself, but I know if I get a job I'll be doing double work in the kid dept. On the other hand, he makes lots of $$$ and couldn't do it with the kids around unless I supported him

My husband likes to wake up the kid in the morning before he goes to work. He goes in there and gives him tons of kisses and ect. It's sweet but Im always nooo don't wake him!
Luckily he goes back to sleep usually.
