Explain.

When things aren't done a certain way, I can feel ill. A lot of things have to be done a certain way. If the hubs folds bath towels "wrong" I can't touch them. (I feel like they are sand paper like), and I have to re-fold them to make them feel better. Just knowing something is out of place (or sitting wrong) in another room or out of sight, I have to fix it, or everything I smell and taste is off. Strange much?

That won't bother every person that has OCD, since there are multiple forms and obsessions manifest in various ways. However, it will definitely bother a huge chunk of people with OCD.

yes and no. Guess I'm not committed to my OCD, depending on the time of day.

There's definitely a spectrum - like with Autism. Some people have it severely, others mildly, and others only border on having it at all. I consider myself lucky, somewhat, because although my obsessions are horrible (related to gore), my compulsions are mild and almost silly. I count syllables on every finger on each hand until I've started and stopped with each, so it ends "evenly". There are much more extreme compulsions, hence why I consider myself to be a lucky one.

Anyway, food for thought, if you actually want to know if you have it.
