I think my dog is drunk. I made a batch of that no kneed bread and cooked 1/2 immediately and then put the other half in the fridge. It got too much air and fermented (smelled like booze) - I cooked it anyway, but didn't eat it (the oven was on, so......I just did). Anyway, dd threw it on our compost heap this am and the dog found it.

He's sleeping it off under the table.................
