I've been awake for a long time, so maybe I'm out of my mind...

I just had a HIT rejected with this message:

Is "lifetime approval rate" different than the HIT approval rate on my dashboard? My HIT approval rate is 99.6%.

Lifetime approval rate is pretty much what your approval rate is, just a weird way of wording it. Whatever they tried going for as far as quals, they effed it up because the only way you wouldn't qualify is if they wanted a 100% approval rate, and requesters only do that by mistake.

I'd write to them and tell them one of the most popular and frankly hilarious members in the whole forum says to reverse the rejection.

Right, that's what I thought. I sent him an email so hopefully he'll fix it. I don't think there was anything on TO yet so we'll see if there is a sea of mass rejections. I'm too tired to care that much anyway.

I also got a rejection for the same hit. It says:

Thanks for your participation. However, we regret to inform you that you are not qualified for the current survey. The qualification criteria were listed on the Hit. Please read the information carefully next time.

I'm not sure if anyone answered this or not, but on the requester side there is something called a lifetime approval rate and if you've never done a hit for them before it will say 0 on it. The requester just looked at the wrong thing.
