I tweaked my shoulder badly yesterday so I feel your pain! literally! Been lifting my 30lb 2 year old a lot just on one side recently and bam... ow. A little better today though.

You have to be invited by the company (since it's paid on their part.)
I think there may have been instructions in the email when you passed part 2 of the qualification? @FrenchToast and @Nikoratos were some of the new recruits. Do either of you guys know?
