It is fairly simple once you get it. Just click on 2 things in the article that are colored and related for instance "number 777-4444 made calls to number 888-9999 which is listed under the name John Smith"

First click the pink number then click the blue number, then in the box right something like "made calls to"

then say how sure you are and which article you got it from.
Then click the blue number and the name John SMith, Write in the box "name listed on number"

Continue.....
