Probably. I know South Korea had to reclose schools after an outbreak there, though they might be back to open now. But they have much better contact tracing and testing than we (*America, sorry for the US-centrism bias here) do.

I know they also completely shut down the border with Russia and closed their main city on the border there to Russians because the virus was coming back in from Russia, where Putin was pretty cavalier about his early response to the virus.

Scary stuff honestly, I just hope the scientific community produces a vaccine soon and ensures it is provided to the world instead of just nations that can pay for it.
