Edit: I had to return a survey because I don't even remember the last time I went anywhere for a vacation. Sad.

Usually I panda surveys while I fold laundry and then take a min to do it if I actually catch one

Yes. I did a complete restart and I also tried it in Chrome and Firefox browsers. Both with the same issue. Plus there are other parts of the website that are working. That's what makes me think it's on their end.
