There's no way to know. I suppose it's possible. But it seems to me that whatever they need to learn has a beginning and end (they don't want to just keep categorizing websites ad infinitum). So, they might very well be over...........

That TO is getting hammered. Had i looked at the TO beforehand, I wouldn't have done the hit.

if you look at the rejection reason ( wrong design ) they are referring to themselves, the requester, as doing the wrong design.
therefore, they assume that because they set it up incorrectly, they can just reject all the ones from the first hit's publication, and accept only from the second... despite that it takes about 20 minutes to do it within a 15 minute timer.
