I imagine in a vacuum having them occasionally is fine, but a fucked up sleep schedule is definitely not .

I once had a manager at a restaurant I worked in put those 5 hour energy shots into Monsters. He was certainly the most screwed up person I'd ever met. Don't be like him.

Getting more sleep has been one thing that has made me feel better over all, also a consistent sleep schedule has helped immensely. God... I'm old now aren't I?

I bought some LaCroix yesterday to try it... The Lime flavor is not great.

you know what'd be nice?
if a survey has several sentences with double, triple, or even quadruple negatives in the same sentence..
if the requester includes the question in their native language as well.
that way, even if we're not familiar with that language, we could at least google.translate it
