the part with "only one" "more than one" , if its a pair? i`m confused a bit. the boxing i mean if we have to put the whole shoe in it.

If it's a pair it counts as only one and just draw a box around one of the shoes, usually the one that looks the clearest in the pic.The whole shoe, or as much as you can if part of the shoe is out of the pic.
If it's more than one pair just choose that option, you won't have to draw any boxes.

  ACK. My wife just exploded with 2 sets of quadruplets so I'll need to add that many more tickets. They all have Benjamin Button disease and I fear this movie may be their last
