No google requesters don’t give rejections they just block workers. It happens very very rarely. The old requester name for these was will. I don’t think I ever heard of anyone having wills rejected either. They are very safe.

shoot I returned a Z and now they give me an error....Is this that lock out thing you guys talk about some times? I have to wait an hour or something?

Just so you're clear, with Google requesters, it's not always an hour. It is in this case because they have an hour timer. If it had a four hour timer, you'd have to wait four hours.
