i mean i reached out to them in email the other day when I saw people talking about the x lab hits. They said that i did not have that specific qual and they would create a new one within 2 days and if I did not find their hits to contact them and they would help. I forgot about it until today when i saw xlab being talked about again. I have done a lot of work for them on other hits and they have always been super helpful if you reach out to them.
