Took me all of 5 seconds...But that may have more to do with the fact that I incidentally clicked the 'SUBMIT' button prematurely, instead of clicking the survey 'Link.'
Not the best start to the morning, but worse things have happened. I sent the requester a message explaining my error, and hoping they will somehow undo the submission, or give me a chance to complete the HIT.

@Kadauchi Has anyone else noticed something funky with HF-MTS? I keep seeing stuff on the Found Log, even accepting it and submitting hits, but they never appear in the Logged Hits. Also vice-versa. Is this some setting I've missed or something that needs more testing? Just wondering.......
