I got this same suspension around Thanksgiving, for no reason. It took almost a month to get back on. Emailing them every day makes you feel like you're doing something, but in my case it didn't seem to help speed things along. Watch your email. As long as your ID documents check out, you will just get a message stating that your account has been reactivated. Unfortuantely, any funds you have in your account are stuck there until the account is reactivated. For this very reason, I don't intentionally leave any money in my account - I sweep it once per day.

Amazon's opaqueness and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. Good luck!

And, good job! I hadn't done any until 2 days ago, after the qual, so my first few were stressful. Also, I was the leader 15 out of 20 times. I gave up eventually. I needed a break. Following would have been nice for a bit. My biggest issue, being a leader so many times, was followers doing extra. They'd complete the instruction then go a few random spaces. I'd never know where they were going to end up and had to backtrack them a lot. Meh. Paid well. Ready for more. Should AHK cardinal directions and frequent words though.
