I don't understand them either. plus they are kind of hard to read.
I'm selecting 'yes' on almost all of them because i see the items listed in the circles. I just don't understand the structure the diagram is in. I should probably stop doing them. I have plenty of cushion, but eh

Teddy bear would be your start image. So make sure that is at the top. Parts of the teddy bear would be below. Just have to make sure the hierarchical representation(red/green thing) is accurate. If it's green, it is in the image. If it is red, it is not visible in the image.
I still don't get the red/green. because they have the reds too.
You just have to make sure that, as the parts get smaller Cow>Head>Nose>Nostril they are in the right order. (hierarchical)
