Yeah I'm struggling a bit


Funny thing.. my husband was supposed to fly to Chicago today but his flight got cancelled due to weather... they rebooked him for early tomm instead I'm hoping for a school delay this morning so I can be lazy

they delayed school up here. I don't know why, really. It IS cold (-4 right now), but no one walks to school around here. And the very few that might....well, it is vermont. I mean, kids really are dressed for it. Besides, in two hours it's only going to be 0 or so,

I just checked - yessss delay! I don't know why I'm celebrating because I love when my sons goes to school but it's only half day preschool so those two-ish hours he's away have a lot of logistical costs... and now I don't have to go anywhere today

I actually think my daughter isn't going today (she's sick). So, I have to drive the other two .

I'm better than last year. Last year, I went to 3 different stops and w-a-i-t-e-d (including one brief period when I drove to one girls house and she would come out - after awhile - with her shoes in her hand - lumbering slowly down the driveway because of the rocks. Or worse, her g/friend would come down to tell me she wasn't coming........).
This year, I go to one stop - wait exactly 5 minutes - and then go.
