I was reading last night how good apple cider vinegar is supposed to be for you, figured i'd mention it on here in case anyone has had any positive/negative experience with it before i try it out. The main reason i want to try it, its supposed to be good for keeping blood sugar low.

Yeah capsule form was plan B if i couldn't handle drinking it. I'm sure they have it at the nutrition store i go to for other things. As nasty as it may be, if it really helps in all the areas i read about (weight loss, heart health, and keeping blood sugar down) it'd be worth the nastyness.
