I'm going all in on a weird gywneth paltrow diet this week since my husband will be away all week actually she's toned it down from previous years - much more accessible and normal ingredients this year.

PS I don't think 'detoxing' is a thing but it's nice to have everything healthy and planned for the week including shopping list!

I think it's really useful if you can get it 'integrated' into your cooking processes. It definitely speeds things up.
