I've been here 2 years 32,000 and I still don't have it. Amazon hates me.

I was at about 300k before I got it.
Though that was with the long break of them not giving it out.
Average seems to be a 50-60k these days.

i don't know what the lowest number of approved a person had before they got masters but 32k seems to be on the lower end for those who get it.

I got mine at about 28,000 HITs and thought it was probably more luck than anything else. Demographics could play a part, but I suspect it's a lottery of some sort. Of course, that's all speculation. Nobody really knows.

Took 9 years ..... I think because I started 4 years before Masters existed I was in the old employee file room that was walled off during a remodel and they finally in the Spring of '17 found the hidden room.
