A lot of turkers use CopyText to get their numbers up, but they are known to reject. I also haven't heard of anyone receiving bonuses from them. There is a lot of useful information from CopyText workers on turkopticon.

https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/10300-captcha-clear pops up with a CopyText HIT so you can clear a captcha.
You can also add (text below) to your hosts file to prevent the HIT from even loading.

It seems weird that you are not getting bonuses on these hits. I get bonus payments every day I work on their hits. You must do MORE than 3 lines for the "bonus" to kick in. If you are submitting every hit after 3 lines you will not see any bonus added. Keep trying! I've been a Gold Worker for them since May 15, 2015.

Bonus example: Yesterday I did 5 hits for Copy Text at 1 penny each and also received $0.93 in bonus money for extra lines typed. I have never had a rejection from them. Standard Disclaimer YMMV ...

When ever I accept a copy text hit, it turns blank. I tried doing them with different browsers (firefox/chrome/opera). the result has always been the same. does anyone else face this problem too ?

Just to clarify, not too many turkers really do these hits. I have never done one - so I'm not popping on the thread to tell you how they can be profitable. In most turkers experience, these hits are NOT profitable.

@Kadauchi was talking about clearing a captcha. Those captchas interfere with a good batch (a profitable one).

I don't know anyone who has made a good hourly rate on copytext.
