a few weeks ago we had really heavy/dense snow.
I spent longer shoveling than I should have;
I didn't take a break because I thought I felt fine.

I wasn't. I have had blood problems ever since then.
I have developed anxiety. I have called out of work at least one day each week.
the amount of money I missed due to calling out...
I should have paid the three young boys $50 bucks each, just to do the two spots.

but, well, hindsight is every 20/20

(aside from this cold kicking me ass).

I usually think of myself as well.
but now, I wake up with nightmares that I am dying the way my little sister did, from a blood clot.
I've never even had nightmares before.
last night, I had a nightmare that I had tapeworms.
but, instead of seeing the younglings crawling around the butt,
there were hatchlings coming out of my tear ducts, and then a really long worm travelled from my tear duct to my other corner of my eye.
now, sometimes I just shake and cant even get myself going, to go to work.
sometimes in the car, I feel like my heart is pounding out of my chest, it's beating so hard I can physically feel it.
it's just so weird

No offense. From what you've said before. I honestly can not tell if you're being sarcastic or morbid for jokes. If you're for real man. That sucks and hope you feel better soon. If it's april fools. May that tapeworm be real.
