could be worse,
I just spent the last 10 minutes watching a "how to pack a pod" video................so you know today is going to pretty much suck.
I guess I have to go buy some rope.
Hope today picks up for everyone~

Are you moving or are you going to start a pod-packing company?

We're doing everything wrong (you'd think I'd be better at this at my age).
My house didn't sell to the first guy - but these folks offered more (I'll actually make something). We moved out a few months ago and are staying in temp. housing. We tried to find a place to rent in New England, close to MA (thus 4,000 mile peregrination a few weeks ago all around the circumference of MA) - but it was a no go with the dog. Now, I think we'll drive back up as soon as dd finishes this semester of school and just buy something - somewhat cheap - near MA (not too cheap :).

In the meantime, everything goes into the pod and storage until I know where to ship it.

This sounds hectic. Moving can be such a pain-in-the-side sometimes. I wish you luck on your POD packing escapades.

It's been pretty horrible. Poor dd, it's even harder on her.
I keep singing Paul Simon's song in my head: "Homeless, homeless.........."
But we're actually okay financially, so 'un-grounded-ness aside' we're going to be okay. Eventually.

Good luck with the packing! Side note - I love the fact that you chose the dog over renting. Very lucky puppy!
