Theres a test you have to take and then request the qual. It's auto granted.

EDIT: I measured the time on one and it was under 3 minutes. Figured the rest were probably about the same. They go pretty quick.

EDIT X2: Yeah most are around 2:30 so not too bad.

I don't think I've seen them until they were being mentioned this morning. Was about to blow them off but was like may as well see if it's auto granted and I pass the test. Sure enough. Been doing em for awhile since nothing else is out.
