First, I admit to being a "bit" out of shape. Second, the PO is only about 1/2 mile from my place. But by the time I got to the PO ... wow; I was pretty ragged. PO Mistress was kind enough to give me a Gatorade and I put off the return trip for the better part of an hour. The walk back wasn't as bad, but I was still ragged when I got home. .
