Some savings accounts have cards but they aren't like debit cards. They don't have like visa/mc/amex on them it's just a card you can use at the atm. There are interest checking accounts but usually they don't have very good interest rates.

Do you happen to know the name of any of the first ones?
It seems I had one once, I've just screwed up my weekends
a couple of times by forgetting to transfer early enough in the day,
Thursday. Which is good for savings though.
