What I really want is just to choose or change my IP address so it's a low number. 1.1xxxxxetc or the lowest I can get. I looked into VPN's a long time ago and remembered something about that. That's why I thought of it. Can you do that with Windscribe?

Everything I research says you can (create your own address) but not if it's something you can choose or if it's random and which VPN's have that option.
I assume most are random but I could swear being able to make up my own. But maybe it's like a username kinda thing. You can choose if it's not taken. That would work.
I'm also kinda drunk. I been BSing with a buddy with mine about Mturk and he helped me come up with something so I had to at least get it set up for tomorrow if I can.

I share a StrongVPN account with my parents since they live overseas 90% of the time.... the yearly rate is like 65 bucks (or so) and I've never had issues with it. Have used it for 3 years or so, but damn that 50gbs is tempting, seems almost too good to be true though.
