Why do I keep getting the message "There was a problem processing your request" whenever I submit a HIT? Happening to anyone else?

Yeah, seems to be happening while working from queue. The HIT is still submitting and if you have more HITs in your queue, you can keep working them. They probably just message up a page while they were tinkering with stuff.

Man two rejections in two days... now Psychologie rejected a hit from today saying I used the wrong code... Just wrote them giving them a lot of details on the hit. Hopefully it gets reversed
