OMG this is AWFUL...SOOOOOO Many questions...Over 400 questions just about my mother, and now I have to do 400 questions about my father!?!?...this isn't worth $6 let alone $2...Tossing it back

If I were to move, what all would I need to change on the Turk side? It's still within the same state so no worries about the state qual change, but I really don't want to put this off and pay for it later.
