I had an error at the end of it saying we apologize but blah blah error stuff and was no code for me.

I think they're just sending that to everyone that sent them an email and they probably stopped reading it after who knows how many messages about it. I got the same message:

Sorry for the issue with our HIT, and thanks for bringing it to our attention. We'll approve your work today.

I just caught it - this is on the HIT page
We will approve all work as long as you 1) answer all validation questions correctly, and 2) don't whip through it in a time we deem to be too short. My lab mates and I took this survey really fast, but reading each question thoroughly before replying. We think we are paying a reasonable reward for the time to take it.

I wonder what they think is a reasonable time for it.
