Besides I only live 2 hours from there so I would be more critical of it.

Both my sister and I live in areas we could hike around for days. Not as cool as Yosemite for sure but our own beds at the end of the day. We did a lot of canoeing and hiking at Christmas. I'm not an outdoorsy person because I hate bugs and they ducking LOVE me. We had a good time anyway. Again, copious amounts of adult beverages (whatehaveyou)

I misread your typo as "we hate you"

I love luxury but I also love the outdoors. It's a paradox. I live in a beautiful place where I can hike and camp at places super close to me.

I love the outdoors but the outdoors don't love me back because I've been close to drowning in about three separate occasions. Although it is pretty thrilling.

I like the idea of the outdoors. I like it in short bursts. I also like electricity and showers. And did I mention I fucking hate bugs? Just take some deep woods Off (deet)

Yeah I like outdoors too, with PCs and cold mountain dew and that good cheese dip from the deli up the road.

I'm in the desert so the mosquitos aren't so bad here. I'm allergic to nature but I just load up on allergy meds and hydrocortisone cream and I deal.

How dare you, zero drunk. Once I jumped in a deep river as a kid, I didn't know how to swim, in hindsight that was a mistake. Then the second time I did know how to swim but a cousin of mine didn't and I had to go rescue him and we both almost drowned in the process. So I'm pretty much a hero.

The third time I got stuck under a rock in a whitewater rapid and probably should've drowned but the current eased up and it spit me back onto the shore. I should've become religious after that.

I didn't learn how to swim till 13 because of a ptsd issue with a almost drowning as a kid. I can't do open bodies of water even as an adult and my parents own a boat and have a pool.

I feel you, after every incident I did get pretty afraid of water for a while. But I always end up coming back, the water calls back to me, probably so it can finally kill me.
