How did you get the Agent qual? Was there a Qual HIt?
They just gave it to me one day a couple weeks ago... I did do a shit ton of the other ones before doing it.

I can't remember. I don't think so? There were several different quals that just kind of appeared. It's "advanced work force" or one of those type things, so I think they just handed it out to people who did well on other parts of it. There were so many different quals associated with it that I can't remember anymore. If there was a qual, it's never been posted again, or that would have triggered my memory.

For me, they auto-assigned it back in mid-February. I don't think there was a qual batch, it was just given out to people who work a lot for the various OCMP accounts, I think.

If there are OCMP75 workers who were underpaid and/or not paid bonuses at all yesterday or last Thursday, please get in touch with OCMP and don't let up until we get this resolved. I cast a wide net and sent an email to several contacts there, and asked them in the first line to pass it along to whomever could assist me. I don't trust that the general support email address is a good source anymore, unfortunately.

In my case, I went through my dashboard and counted every HIT I completed under the various task types, and sent them a dated list with all the numbers. There's no way for us to tell which ones were fully satisfied and which were submitted as "no response / user abandoned" or similar, but hopefully as a sign of good will they'll just give us the earned bonus on every completed task. Especially now that the pay rates were cut.

Hindsight is 20/20, but now I wish I would have kept track of all my Hits in a spreadsheet saying fulfilled or not.

A question, how long does it usually take to get the normal userside qualification from the 10 request hits? Just wondering since it been a couple days since mines were approved and paid. Or would I have to do more than just one of them each?

Just one of each will work... I have no idea how long but it shouldn't be longer than a week I would assume

I heard back and I will be getting my missing bonuses today. It was what I was expecting, so everyone that is missing them can rest assured that they are counting them on correctly, albeit slowly. It's clear there was some sort of error, but they did make it right (which is more than can be said for a lot of requesters). So, message them if you're missing $$, but don't freak out on them. They're trying. :)

Liz @Liz - Likewise, mine was off by several hundred dollars, and ended in an odd number which should be impossible if each owed bonus was $0.50 per task. It makes it seem like they just took an arbitrary percentage and presumed that X% of conversations didn't go to full completion. =(

It sounds like they only want people to ping them through the MTurk Contact and/or Feedback forms going forward, so I'll try my luck with those again. I'm glad you're getting in touch with them, Liz! I'm relieved to have received some money, but that most - if not all - of us are still being underpaid is not right.

Yea.. Quite possibly mine is still off I have done 1344 ocmp75 with about 30-40 .25. so 1300 I have done $1. I received $340.84. I am sure it is off because of the amount I did I do not think that I only had half which is what they have me pretty at pretty much.

But you have to account in the less than 13 and the ones were they stopped responding I guess it could be pretty close to correct.

True, but I don't think they should take the ratings into account because they were never clearly explained (did the overall 1-10 "user experience" slider count toward the agent's rating total?) and it was/is too easy for chatters to submit the conversation without moving the slider bars. Even though they were marked as required, you could still submit a chat with the sliders at the default numbers and no interaction.

There was also a point last week where they moved all the defaults down to 3 (it was previously 5 for the user experience slider and 3 for the other sliders, which would give the agent a default score of 14 overall). So with the new default set at an overall score of 12, any chatter who didn't take the time to rate appropriately was effectively taking our bonus away. I truly don't think most chatters would have knowingly done that, but it would have been easily possible to miss a slider or forget the rating entirely.

I just think that after all the pay cuts and miscommunication, they should tally all of our completed tasks, divide them in half, and bonus us that amount. It would go a long way to engender some good will. If I can ever get someone communicative on the other end of these emails, I'll keep advocating for that for all the agents.

I definitely agree and I brought that up but they never responded to that part of the question.

I know they're sucky, but if you have the qual, come help me out on them, ok? The faster we get them done, the quicker we can get back to our money train :)

I wish I had the qual. I keep missing when they post the qual hits.
I see all those tagging hits sitting there and I feel sad....

buuut thats how some people ended up getting the agent qual after doing lots of user work, although I didnt really do user work Ive done tons of the tagging, and classify is sooo similar

Did ANYONE see the agent hits? My turk alert didn't tell me they were posted (only user, and I should have been notified even of there was a new Qual I didn't get or something) and the agent responses I got were much, much different from aNY thing I've seen either working as a user or doing tagging.

Maybe ocmp75 was answering them on their own?
