only thing i can think of is getting a free trial of spotify, downloading a bunch of free music for a month, then cancelling before you have to pay. Then the music is yours forever.
I screen HITs and see nothing under $0.10 (unless someone posts a HIT here for less). Might miss some things but I consider under 10 cents an insult.

spotify lets you listen to music offline, so does YouTube premium
