What you're supposed to do now is take two, don't feel asleep, and feel heaven wash over you.
I don't know, man. Just one tramadol had me feeling pretty zonked. Apparently I asked my roommate a bunch of goofy questions in a row, spoke like I was Mitch Hedberg, and then sang an unintelligible song before crashing. I have a really low tolerance to stuff like that. :p

OK, you guys are all tempting me to eat poorly. I'd start a healthy club thread or something but there'd be no one else there. :cry:
I meditate every day and do Tai Chi daily as well... . For breakfast I normally have a pudding made of chia seeds and almond milk along with a smoothie made from belgian red wheat sprouts... I also have a small aquaponics set up with some tilapia and a ceramic soil-less bed (it still isn't stable yet... its only a about 6 months old now) and I grow spirulina myself too. Rest of the day after doing all my exercise and eating all my superfoods shit is really a crap shoot but I try very hard to keep it as close to paleo as sensibility will allow. Depends a lot on whether I'm turking or doing a shoot but I don't always get to eat as well as I'd like. I try to get at least 4 or 5 Tacfit sessions in a week too... but I'm still a little too frail/recovering to really go at the intensity I used to. I never go to the gym... I've always found weight lifting to be a waste of time... and I'm kind of lazy... I also don't do yoga, my GF wants me to but I figure the tai chi and tacfit are more than enough.

Yeah, I'm not super active because I have joint issues, but we don't eat processed/fast food very frequently. I have too many allergies/sensitivities to gamble on cross-contamination, so it's easiest to just make everything at home.
