- The cap came off the detergent when I was getting it down from the shelf to wash the poop blanky and coated me and everything within four feet of me with liquid detergent
- Found a bug in my salad when there were only a few bites left
- Got a call from the insurance company about a claim filed against us for a hit and run for a car we sold over a year ago with a tag number that was never one of ours at any point in time
