Someone ( coffeeowl @coffeeowl ? ) suggested maybe it was one single batch they were all working on and the requester was... unhappy/confused/uninformed at the speed it got done?
The problem whenever this happens is that we can never really draw a conclusion to one thing it might've been - one person who got the email will be like Oh, I only worked on [x], but not [y]. Another will be like oh, I don't use scripts, but the rest do. I kind of understand why Amazon isn't more specific - they don't want people to use that information to find workarounds if people are actually scamming or being otherwise nefarious, but at the same time it doesn't let honest people who might've made a mistake find the way to correct it, and then their account is in jeopardy because of it.

Now the question is for how long to I need to lay low, I like those penny batches but they are not worth the money if they are going to get me suspended(if that was even the reason...).

People get these warnings all the time.
It's been pretty common this year.

I wouldn't worry too much but keep ya nose clean.

Do you use any sort of scripts to complete HITs, like at all? Like even just simple hotkey scripts, or hide instructions scripts, or whatever?

The only thing I have turned on is dashboard enhancer and unlclick radio button. I do open two instances of a batch in separate tabs but have been using that method for MLDs for about 6 months.

Yeah, I don't think that would do it. It just seems more and more like whatever algorithm MTurk uses to detect this stuff is garbage and they're threatening accounts because of it.

Its the 3rd business day and I still have no money in the bank from the transfer I did on Friday. this is the longest delay I have seen yet since I started in 2017. I have $200 still pending to the bank. SMH.

Yeah, I have a $600 transfer from over the weekend that's still stuck in limbo, it seems.

Ive used a chrome extension that types what you say into any text box on a web page, I use is all the time on writing HIT's. Makes it 10x easier when I can just say it and have a program type it all out for me. I'm pretty sure that isnt violating any TOS because I know some disabled turkers who would use this too. I also have custom made macro scripts that click on pre determined areas of a HIT page to speed up the process. But Im still doing the clicking, so its not replacing my human intelligence. Never once got a warning from Amazon about botting yet.
Quit giving away my secrets....

I wouldn't really say that getting warning emails is something that people shouldn't worry about. There have been a few cases in the past of honest workers getting account suspensions for mystery reasons. It's not a very likely thing to happen, but if it did, it would completely suck.

There isn't really much you can do if you're already not doing anything wrong, but I wouldn't just ignore it. Amazon won't give any information about this type of thing, but you can at least let them know that whatever they're doing that they think is bot detection isn't working properly.

omg I'd be freaking out. That's literally more than I make in a month
Yeah, I'm not pleased. I had to pull money from savings to cover stuff and I'm going to be short on other stuff if I can't get a decent transfer to my bank by the weekend. This, of course, right after the announcement that in a couple months we're only going to get one shot at a transfer each week. I can't say I'm feeling all that hopeful about it.
