I was totally going to go to hot yoga this morning but my stomach isn't super happy. This happen every. single. time. I start eating healthy. My stomach doesn't agree with health.

I was totally going to go to hot yoga this morning but my stomach isn't super happy. This happen every. single. time. I start eating healthy. My stomach doesn't agree with health.
Are you suddenly eating a lot more vegetables when you do these changes because that could actually upset your stomach. If you're just making a few changes that idk but if it's a lot then I'd say ease into it more. Or probiotics are you on and off of those?

Are you suddenly eating a lot more vegetables when you do these changes because that could actually upset your stomach. If you're just making a few changes that idk but if it's a lot then I'd say ease into it more. Or probiotics are you on and off of those?
It's 100% vegetables. Most vegetable intake is hard on me. I know that's what it is, and it'll never go away. Veggies = stomach pain for me. But other food = me being fat so. /shrug.

I am on a pretty nice probio right now too.

Are you eating raw or cooking? I would actually over cook them a little until you think you can handle a little more.

*and hot yoga with an upset tummy sounds like the absolutely worst combo it's a good call to skip that i think!

yeah I should cook more of them I just haven't had time. My boyfriend's mother was just here and left so many fresh veggies I am trying to eat all of them.

Hot yoga is the best. I did it consistently for over a year and my anxiety/depression was down, and my back pain. I do bikram hot yoga that completely focuses on the spine. It also helps cut weight because you're in a hot room for 90 minutes lol. It's hard at first but afterwards its really comforting. I just really haven't had time to go.

I had a friend harass me into it. But now I hate cold yoga, lol. I just don't feel like I can get the same stretch or satisfaction from it. The first time is hard, but once you know how your body reacts, it's really not that daunting.

I need to start some kombucha ughhh where is all my free time at ?!!
