I like the idea that you can do the exact same thing that takes 4 hours in like 10 minutes.
YES.

I use a sous vide a lot, so our meals have become: things that take 4-19 hours to cook, and things that cook in 15 minutes. It's amazing.

Even if it takes that long, that's still close to $15/hr.
My computer was loading like trash but those are easy. I like the timer though, as I have to go scan a million documents for a little bit.

I am using my instant pot on the slow cooker setting today. I love the dang thing and hate cooking.
i definitely prefer my crock pot to their slow cook feature. the heat dispersal is weird.

I am crazy in love with my instant pot.

Made Chicken Tika Masala last night that was so tender we seriously thought it might still be raw. It's amazing.
I just got one as gift from my kids. Been trying it out.

I find I don't care for the temp of the slow cooker feature, that's my only complaint with it

I agree with the temp, but I am making ham and bean soup so its not a huge deal. I've made it both ways and just prefer it cooking longer than faster. The beans don't mush as much or something. And maybe more flavor from the hambone? I have a few actual crockpots, but the IP is always out on the counter, so its easier to reach for as well.
EDIT: The whole point is that I love the versatility. You can cook like anything in this bad boy.

Instant pot + air fryer = only cooking stuff you really need.

Maybe a grill because its hard to fake authentic grilled food.

I still can't find the panda for those 2 cent ones you're talking about. One of those days you guys.

And one of my classes wants me to put my last name as the title of my post on discussion boards.
I don't want that to be a title of any post. Great.
