I used to feel the same way when my kids were young and my husband went to do things and I'd be stuck at home.... now that the kids are gone I'm able to join him. It will get better for you too.

Yeah! Thing is I want to go, but I KNOW that if I go I'll be worried about the kid the whole time and just want to go home anyway.
