hey you guys i need help with something.

I always have to type in my amazon password when I sign in. Even though I save it in my saved passwords. When i get to login the password is there and it still shows up as incorrect when I log in and I have to type it in again. No other sites have this problem. Is there a way to fix this?

Weird, and you update it with the correct one and it still happens? That sounds super annoying. I'd probably try deleting the password/cookies and starting over... and then maybe switching browsers to login to Amazon? Like login on Firefox but refresh dashboard in Chrome?

I just rest the cookies and its still happening. I use firefox and this has been happening for months and I'm ust now getting annoyed with it. The password is correct in saved passwords and everytime I enter it I update it and I still have to login again. I don't have to do that iin chrome, but I rarely use chrome. I have firefox set up just how i like it. I guess I will just deal with it lol

FWIW, and without giving away survey content, I think they copy and pasted the wrong description or there is more than one version. Worth a try?
