i brined it overnight, but it didn't need the spice rub, it was kinda salty with the spice rub AND sauce.

(my boyfriend proposed to me over the weekend, so hopefully babies soon!)

the van is a 1977 white with red racing flames on the sides Ford Econoline with 788,000 miles on it and its missing the driver's seat, but nothing some duct tape and a couple of milk crates can't fix, i'll also throw in a box of duct tape and my Slim Whitman 8-Track tape collection

I had to get the kids enrolled for school which is always a lovely process considering everything could be done from my living room..but no lets all go stand in line.

On top of that I have made 45 dollars today so that's solid for being gone for 3 hours.
