considering there's been a UT thread since forever.

considering people won't even do userbob's

considering people won't be able to stand constantly getting screened out,

I think thedorchannel @thedorchannel and electrolyte @electrolyte are safe on UT
arent userbobs a dollar though? usertests are $10.00 for bout 15 min.

and we'd be safe even if more people joined... theres plenty of money to go around

Yeah, I do both usertesting and userbob. It's pretty easy. I don't like being screened out a lot but it's also worth it when I do get work there, so it's meh.

time spent doing screeners significant?

the mobile and level 4 userbobs are decent.

can't compete with 40/hour for the time of work on UT though obviously.

15 minutes are 7$ for userbob

Apparently you have an asshole of a neighbor. :( Is complaining to the police a viable option? You maybe could do that in concert with other neighbors to take some of the "load" off your shoulders.

That is always a great way to try and handle neighborly concerns. I think a few other neighbors have tried this approach.

I have a friendly relationship with them and we talk a lot. They have mentioned that other neighbors have complained about the late night/early morning disturbances and the husband's response was "Fuck them. This is what I do for a living, deal with it." As in, this is his job and this has to happen.

I wanted to point out that the rest of us bought houses in this nice neighborhood because we didn't want to be sleeping next to businesses that were open so late, but I let it go because he was aggressively "they can go screw themselves" about the complaints. I already complain to them about a couple of other things like our driveways are right next to each other, and sooooooooo many times their visitors "park" at the end of their driveway, and don't seem to care they are blocking a large portion of my driveway making it difficult, or often impossible, for me to get in or out of it.

For me, I probably get 1 test out of every 20 or so screeners I do on UT. It really varies based on your demographics and what projects are going on, though.
The screeners are at least pretty quick, honestly. Even tho it's a low rate of work I'm qual'd for, I spend maybe 5 minutes total in the non-quals beofre getting a test.

UT still really bothers me that they can't save even the most basic of screener questions like "what country were you born in"

I really shouldn't have to waste time on a screener for what country I was born in.

point being thedorchannel @thedorchannel I'm curious how much screeners cut into the hourly really, if it all.

Totally agree. It seems like they don't share that info when a company there sets up a test, which is super annoying since they collect that info from us when we set up accounts.
